SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order is confirmed, it will ship within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. 

 

Shipping charges are set by DHL rates based on the size, weight, and destination of the shipment. 

REFUND POLICY

We offer refund and/or exchange for a period of 5 days after receiving the products ordered online or in our store. No return or exchange is possible, if 5 days have passed since your purchase. 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or to get a refund, send us an email at sales@herboxbeauty.com

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

 

- The item must be in the original packaging 

- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
